Did exactly what was required. Fast fitting.Very pleased. Needed a VAT invoice as repair was a work repair. Supplied with no problem. Would recommend if you ever need a fast solution.
Whilst I was glad to be back on the road about 90 minutes after contacting BWR, I did ask twice what make of tyre would be supplied. I requested Michelin and I was lead to believe that's what I would get. Instead, a cheap Chinese tyre was supplied. Apart from that, the service was OK.
