Great service. Blown out tyre and couldn't inflate enough to be able to drive to garage to replace it. Call made at 10am and new tyre fitted at my house by 12pm, all for a good price. Friendly service as well.

Phoned up requesting 2 new valves for my X5 with tyre pressure monitors. Late on a Sunday. Couldn’t be more helpful. All done on my drive getting me out of a real fix as the tyres were flat and this was now blocking in my wife’s car. Great service ,reasonable price all done with a smile. His phone was very busy all the time asking for services by other customers.

Had a puncture on the M62, Recovery service gave me BWR’s number and within the hour I was at their workshop having a new tyre fitted. They booked me in there and then and got me back on my travels in no time at all. Excellent quick professional service with decent cost. Highly recommend these guys. They are truly A+++++++++++

I needed a new tyre and fast! I contacted BWR and the guy who answered was really nice, friendly, explained clearly what would happen next and follow up texts arrived with information. They quoted a price and told me when they would arrive. They arrived in good time, 90 mins from when I called and completed the work requested. I paid on card machine and the price was as quoted with VAT added on. No hidden costs and friendly service, efficient and professional approach. Top service , thank you

The guy did a great job in the end. Was pretty rapid, price he quoted (which worked for me) he stuck too. Don’t be put off by his abrupt manner on the phone, he is just rushed off his feet, but he is pleasant enough in person and will get you sorted out when you’re stuck. Good job!

Excellent response, first class friendly fitter. The only thing that let them down was that the price quoted over the phone increased by over £30.00 when I got the bill. VAT was the excuse. No mention of this before of course. Left me with a bitter taste. Score would have been better if this didn't happen.

We had been struggling to access our spare tyre on our company vehicle after a blow out late on a Friday night, being on the side of the A1(M) we decided to get the professionals out! We found BWR on Google and we were very surprised with the speed that they were able to attend and replace our tyre. Before we knew it we were back on the road. 10/10

Absolute shambles of a company. First of all I called a 0114 number assuming this company I was calling was a sheffield business. Called them at 5:30pm last night for a new back tyre for my van. They informed me they’d be 90minutes there 90minutes is completely different to mine as they arrived well after 9pm. The mechanic then told me he couldn’t change the tyre as the bolts were too tight he eventually did it only to snap his wrench. His next excuse was I can’t change your tyre as I don’t have another wrench. My neighbour kindly lent them his only for them to take off with it even though I’ve asked numerous times to return it. So now I’ll class this as (Stolen) and finally the price agreed was £188 but when the guy had finished they charged me an extra £37.00 taking the tyre charge to £225 disgraceful

Two tyres replaced. One tyre incorrect type. 3 weeks later MOT failed due to one new tyre that was replaced by BWR being wrong. Owner blamed us! Shoddy, expensive and rude. Cost £372 and after lots of haggling finally refunded £60. Had to pay for a new tyre with local garage to pass MOT

The guys at BWR provided me with an outstanding service. My car had broken down in a really dark awkward road that seemed really unrecognisable but they somehow managed to locate me very easily. Had me up and running in no time and did a very professional job too. The worker that came was called Shafiq and he was really pleasant and nice to talk to and extremely helpful. He stayed with me after fixing my tyre to make sure I was comfortable getting home. Highly recommend these guys!! 10/10 service👌🏽

Most other companies had no appointments for days but this company came to my rescue and fitted the tyres same day at my office. Rang from Canary Islands at 10:30pm on a Tuesday night as had a van departing at 5am following day. Tyre changed on a vehicle that was unmanned by our staff in Hudderfield within the hour. Price quoted was paid via BACS with all service standards met and exceeded. Expected to pay more for out of hours service and quick turnaround and was not disappointed.

My car failed to start in the morning outside my workplace. I felt lucky I found the number and I got a mechanic sent within half an hour of calling them. Super speedy service. They helped jump start the car and within seconds it was working fine. The service was 5 stars and the mechanic made sure my car worked fine before driving back. He even advised me to get it checked out ASAP in a garage and checked the conveyor belt was not looking right. I even had a follow up call to make sure the car was working properly and that I reached home. The staff is very professional. Deff will recommend for 24 hour car breakdown service 👌
