Would give 0 stars. Called to ask a question about tyre price and if they have in stock. First time called was told he’d call back which i understood. He called back saying yo you called me. I once again said yeah hey i was calling to ask about. He cut the phone off at me obviously has no clue what he’s doing. Not one clue sound’s like he doesn't care obviously. 0-10 service didnt even get an answer back off him nor another call with the follow up. Waste of time cheers👍🏻

Had two blown out tyres on my enclosed trailer. Was in West Yorkshire and was recommended to Call BWR tyres. No Messing about with these guys got me sorted in a single call. No one had 10’’inch tyres around West Yorkshire only BWR. Highly recommend Great customer service and Amazing prices for out of hours will definitely be going back to them again in the future as I’m always up and down the motorway. 4.5 stars My mum got a puncture on her way to an appointment. Long story short BW Tyres came out and fitted new tyre with the minimum of fuss. I was able to pay with the link but my mum (85 years old) didn't have a smart phone and not enough cash so I think the lack of a card machine carried with the engineer could be addressed. Otherwise very helpful staff gave me an accurate ETA and the young man who did the job was quick, efficient and friendly

I was on way to Bradford when I had a blow out on the M62, luckily managed to get onto the hard shoulder. Called RAC, who arranged for BWR Tyre services to attend. The driver arrived and was in contact throughout. He was very pleasant and helpful and also checked the rest of the tyres. I would definitely recommend them 👌

I had a puncture on the motorway and wasn't exactly sure where abouts I was. I googled local mobile tyre services and BWR came up. The lad I phoned guided me through 'what 3 words' so they knew where I was and gave me a price and a time when they would come. The fitter arrived within the time and fitted a new tyre as the old one was shredded and I was back on the road. Many thanks.

Mixed review about this place from absolute delight to utter disgust so I am in 2 minds what to rate the place. Broke down on 5/6/2024 and called the place for recovery at 12.33 and given a price via text and agreed with this (apparently this was the boss). And was told the driver would be on the way straight away so as from Bradford would be approx 30 mins away. The driver was somewhat delayed however the company answered any query I had albeit when I asked for an ETA was told would be a few minutes away when clearly he wouldn’t be as he had but these things happen, but once I was eventually given the contact number I contacted the driver who stated exactly where he was and how long he would be which was reassuring as a lone woman waiting for recovery. The driver arrived at 13.46pm Car was recovered. The driver was absolutely superb and reassuring. We drove my car to the garage which was expecting me albeit extremely delayed due to delays on the M62 but finally arrived at 15.45. Once the car was at the garage it was taken off the truck and I was asked to pay, again no problem but they had the incorrect card machine so was advised a link would be sent via the boss to pay. This is where I’m disappointed - I was then told it would be extra money than what I was quoted. Fortunately the driver handed me the phone to speak to his boss and after a curt but direct discussion I advised him I would only be paying the original quoted price and not a penny more - and he eventually sent me the link with the agreed amount on. Now this is where I’m torn…. The driver 10/10 for everything he was brilliant and I could not fault him. The “boss” this is why I’m only giving 4/5

Twenty of of ten for me! Within an hour of my call Ash turned up with the appropriate tyres on his van. It turns out my old caravan had tyres that were a nightmare to get off. Ash remained smiley and helpful - I’m not sure I’d have managed that - and did a perfect job. Just add to the difficulty my caravan was in a difficult position but Ash didn’t stop smiling. I called three different companies and this quote was £70 cheaper than the next cheapest quote. Thank you Ash!!!

Couldn’t agree more with what dan has said in previous review this company made me call them back numerous times as when they kept telling me 10 minutes it was a lie. He even said I will give u the fitters number and of course I didn’t receive it. When I first called them they said within the hour so I thought ye great I need to get to my job however when I called him back after 2 hours he’s saying (it’s not a doctors appointment) and saying that was an estimate. Why not say that then I would have looked else where. 2 hours later there fitter turn up to change my tyre after saying he was in traffic but failed to mention that in the 10 previous phone calls and I checked Meade on the sat nav and there was no traffic whatsoever, There rude and very unprofessional I would not book with ever ever again and I advise no one else to as they just lie and put the phone down because I call them back after 10 minutes when they said that’s how long they will be. Worst people I’ve dealt with as a company and I have a feeling there good reviews are people they know just lying. Bunch of liars and if you want to be spoken rude to and swore at then go to them lol. The fitter was actually sound part about dealing with this company

Unprofessional bunch of liars. I’ll try to keep it short - had a flat tyre. Called them for a replacement and purchased the “1-hour” service. Waited 4 hours for this!! I called the next day to request a refund for the extra money paid for the fast service, and they agreed to send back £50. I have called 4 or 5 times now and spoken to the same guy who keeps telling me ‘yeah yeah mate, it’ll be done today’. It’s been nearly 3 weeks now and I’m still waiting. I’m not asking for a full refund here.. just the difference between a standard call out and the 1-hour service which they spectacularly failed to deliver.. but I won’t hold my breath. I know I’m not going to see it, but hopefully anyone reading this will keep scrolling and find a better company. There’s loads out there.. do not choose these guys.

Communication was unprofessional. Tyre fitter was polite and quick. I was not convinced the tyre pressure was checked, the car alerted me to loss of pressure immediately after. If it was checked the car report should have been changed. Payment was by bank transfer. There should have been a card machine. No paperwork given at the time, had to chase an invoice.

How can a company operate without integrity? The incident happened last Friday. We agreed early in the morning that the charge would be 150 pounds, but the driver came and said the charge would be 500 pounds. The money was collected, but the driver left. I called and asked for a refund, and he agreed to refund it. He said that because it was Friday, I would have to wait until Monday before I could make a refund. I asked for a refund every day, but it was delayed day by day. Until today, he said he would not refund.

Burst tyre Sat evening. I’m member of RAC who said they couldn’t tow me til 10pm! Needed to get moving again and basically stranded. RAC quoted for BWR to come out, but no discount afforded by RAC membership. BWR were brilliant and very professional (although expensive for mid range tyre, but this included call out charge and RAC finder fee, plus was Sat night!). BWR got me sorted in 30 mins or so with new tyre change. Turns out I’d driven over a big metal screw gone right through tyre! Had tried a couple of 24hr tyre repair places direct, but earliest they could do was Monday. Thanks BWR you were brilliant.
