Me and partner were on our way back from a horse show when our trailer blew a tire in the middle of the M62. BWR couldn’t have been more helpful in giving my partner reassurance with her being very upset. They were there within the hour, made sure they were so quiet to not scare her horse and couldn’t have been more kind to me or my girlfriend. Thank you so much would recommend BWR to anyone!

Came within 20 mins, amazing service and swapped a tyre over within 10 minutes. For reference this was late at night with minus freezing temperatures. Guy who attended was very friendly and guy who booked me in was very responsive with updates on arrival. Would 100% use again.

Got me back on the road in less than an hour with a new tyre after a screw in tyre wall completely deflated mine. Said around 30 minutes to get to me when I first called and then called to update me and check technician had arrived which took around 35 minutes - . Friendly and efficient service, much appreciated along with the heads up that my tracking was off as evidenced by uneven wear on the tyre. Not an attempt to upsell, just advisory. Would happily use again if needing an emergency repair or fitting.

i just want to thank the BWR recovery man for saving my life when i was at risk of being hit by a car or maybe something worse i am sincerely grateful for the kindness and gratitude this man has shown us from the bottom of my heart i’m truly blessed and thankful to have been so lucky and fortunate to been rescued in this treacherous time so I would just like to get my point across of how grateful I am for this man who so kindly donated his time and effort into making sure that many adults and children on the side of the road get the help they need and make sure they are in safety as soon as possible it takes a good man to do such a thing may god be with you.

Great company I got a puncher the other day in Leeds and they came out straight away and sorted the problem. Shaft was a great worker and he even told me what had caused the problem due to somthing else being wrong with the car.

BWR arrived within 20 minutes and had me back in the road in 15 mins. I initially tried Halfords, but they let me down, waited all day for them not to arrive and not tell me. It’s clear BWR are leagues ahead of any other mobile tyre fitting company. These guys just turn up and get it done.

My original review of this company was unfair. I broke down in malton and contacted a company in malton. Unknown to me they outsourced my request to this company miles way in Bradford. This company actually came out and sorted my car out.

Had two blown out tyres on my enclosed trailer. Was in West Yorkshire and was recommended to Call BWR tyres. No Messing about with these guys got me sorted in a single call. No one had 10’’inch tyres around West Yorkshire only BWR. 4.5 stars My mum got a puncture on her way to an appointment. Long story short BW Tyres came out and fitted new tyre with the minimum of fuss. I was able to pay with the link but my mum (85 years old) didn't have a smart phone and not enough cash so I think the lack of a card machine carried with the engineer could be addressed. Otherwise very helpful staff gave me an accurate ETA and the young man who did the job was quick, efficient and friendly

I was on way to Bradford when I had a blow out on the M62, luckily managed to get onto the hard shoulder. Called RAC, who arranged for BWR Tyre services to attend. The driver arrived and was in contact throughout. He was very pleasant and helpful and also checked the rest of the tyres. I would definitely recommend them 👌
I had a puncture on the motorway and wasn't exactly sure where abouts I was. I googled local mobile tyre services and BWR came up. The lad I phoned guided me through 'what 3 words' so they knew where I was and gave me a price and a time when they would come. The fitter arrived within the time and fitted a new tyre as the old one was shredded and I was back on the road. Many thanks.

Had a puncture late evening when nothing was open needed the car for follow day found bwtyres on Google called them agreed to the quote and they arrived 20 min later very polite and professional job done in 10 min and and I was back on the road . Mixed review about this place from absolute delight to utter disgust so I am in 2 minds what to rate the place. Broke down on 5/6/2024 and called the place for recovery at 12.33 and given a price via text and agreed with this (apparently this was the boss). And was told the driver would be on the way straight away so as from Bradford would be approx 30 mins away. The driver was somewhat delayed however the company answered any query I had albeit when I asked for an ETA was told would be a few minutes away when clearly he wouldn’t be as he had but these things happen, but once I was eventually given the contact number I contacted the driver who stated exactly where he was and how long he would be which was reassuring as a lone woman waiting for recovery. The driver arrived at 13.46pm Car was recovered. The driver was absolutely superb and reassuring. We drove my car to the garage which was expecting me albeit extremely delayed due to delays on the M62 but finally arrived at 15.45. Once the car was at the garage it was taken off the truck and I was asked to pay, again no problem but they had the incorrect card machine so was advised a link would be sent via the boss to pay. This is where I’m disappointed - I was then told it would be extra money than what I was quoted. Fortunately the driver handed me the phone to speak to his boss and after a curt but direct discussion I advised him I would only be paying the original quoted price and not a penny more - and he eventually sent me the link with the agreed amount on. Now this is where I’m torn…. The driver 10/10 for everything he was brilliant and I could not fault him. The “boss” this is why I’m only giving 4/5

Twenty of of ten for me! Within an hour of my call Ash turned up with the appropriate tyres on his van. It turns out my old caravan had tyres that were a nightmare to get off. Ash remained smiley and helpful - I’m not sure I’d have managed that - and did a perfect job. Just add to the difficulty my caravan was in a difficult position but Ash didn’t stop smiling. I called three different companies and this quote was £70 cheaper than the next cheapest quote. Thank you Ash!!!
