Absolutely brilliant service, cleaned up my foamy mess stuff that I used to fill the hole in the tyre temporarily and worked around my schedule which I really appreciated! Would definitely use again and recommend to all.
Came out mobile and although had paid for brand new tyres, fitted part worn tyres that looked like they had been run flat. Please be careful if you need to use there services.
Unprofessional bunch of liars. I’ll try to keep it short - had a flat tyre. Called them for a replacement and purchased the “1-hour” service. Waited 4 hours for this!! I called the next day to request a refund for the extra money paid for the fast service, and they agreed to send back £50. I have called 4 or 5 times now and spoken to the same guy who keeps telling me ‘yeah yeah mate, it’ll be done today’. It’s been nearly 3 weeks now and I’m still waiting. I’m not asking for a full refund here.. just the difference between a standard call out and the 1-hour service which they spectacularly failed to deliver.. but I won’t hold my breath. I know I’m not going to see it, but hopefully anyone reading this will keep scrolling and find a better company. There’s loads out there.. do not choose these guys.

We had a completely flat tyre on a very narrow, steep lane which was very awkward to get to, so I was a bit anxious about whether it was possible to fix the tyre, but the repair man was so efficient and friendly, putting my mind a rest, doing a great job and getting us back on the road quickly. Communication was unprofessional. Tyre fitter was polite and quick. I was not convinced the tyre pressure was checked, the car alerted me to loss of pressure immediately after. If it was checked the car report should have been changed. Payment was by bank transfer. There should have been a card machine. No paperwork given at the time, had to chase an invoice.
How can a company operate without integrity? The incident happened last Friday. We agreed early in the morning that the charge would be 150 pounds, but the driver came and said the charge would be 500 pounds. The money was collected, but the driver left. I called and asked for a refund, and he agreed to refund it. He said that because it was Friday, I would have to wait until Monday before I could make a refund. I asked for a refund every day, but it was delayed day by day. Until today, he said he would not refund.

Absolute life savers. Had a blow out on the M18, Doncaster. Called them and an hour later I was back on the road. Really friendly and helpful staff. They have a customer for life now.

Burst tyre Sat evening. I’m member of RAC who said they couldn’t tow me til 10pm! Needed to get moving again and basically stranded. RAC quoted for BWR to come out, but no discount afforded by RAC membership. BWR were brilliant and very professional (although expensive for mid range tyre, but this included call out charge and RAC finder fee, plus was Sat night!). BWR got me sorted in 30 mins or so with new tyre change. Turns out I’d driven over a big metal screw gone right through tyre! Had tried a couple of 24hr tyre repair places direct, but earliest they could do was Monday. Thanks BWR you were brilliant.

When I returned from holiday to Leeds Bradford my car broke down . I phoned Bwr and spoke to shaf . He was at the airport within half hour and the car was on the breakdown trunk in 5 minutes. They arrived within the hr, they wanted me to pay up front I said I’m not paying until the Tire is fitted, the guys boss rang several times for payment … The tire was a cheap tire… call out, vat, and the tire cost me £240 disgraceful
Shaf came out super quick nice guy sorted me out and back in the road in no time, battery also died waiting for RAC and he stayed an jumped it for me gave me good advice on the condition of my wheel super helpful would recommend going to directly and not going through RAC 😅

Punctured a tyre whilst on holiday in the Yorkshire Dales. The RAC arranged for BWR to sort out a replacement using their mobile service. Their agent Shaff was everythingyouwould want, he called me to keep me informed of his location and ETA and once he arrived worked really fast to get me back on the road. These guys are great, we had 2 flat tyres on our caravan on a small storage site in the middle of nowhere near Selby, they were quick to respond, took a couple of hours, a guy came out, replaced a tyre and 3 valves. I found myself in a very traumatic set of circumstances, having not only had a bad accident but also faced with transporting my severely damaged car 200 plus miles at my own expense. BWR not only offered reasonable rates,but they were professional, polite,reliable and sensitive to what our family were going through.
