When I returned from holiday to Leeds Bradford my car broke down . I phoned Bwr and spoke to shaf . He was at the airport within half hour and the car was on the breakdown trunk in 5 minutes. They arrived within the hr, they wanted me to pay up front I said I’m not paying until the Tire is fitted, the guys boss rang several times for payment … The tire was a cheap tire… call out, vat, and the tire cost me £240 disgraceful
Shaf came out super quick nice guy sorted me out and back in the road in no time, battery also died waiting for RAC and he stayed an jumped it for me gave me good advice on the condition of my wheel super helpful would recommend going to directly and not going through RAC 😅

Punctured a tyre whilst on holiday in the Yorkshire Dales. The RAC arranged for BWR to sort out a replacement using their mobile service. Their agent Shaff was everythingyouwould want, he called me to keep me informed of his location and ETA and once he arrived worked really fast to get me back on the road. These guys are great, we had 2 flat tyres on our caravan on a small storage site in the middle of nowhere near Selby, they were quick to respond, took a couple of hours, a guy came out, replaced a tyre and 3 valves. We had excellent service today from a very qualified and knowledgeable gentleman. We needed a tyre to get home and lots of places said we would have to wait till tomorrow but BWR came with in a couple of hours they informed us of the problem and how to prevent in future. Had a flat tyre around 7.15pm may 27th 2022 on me M5 Comp and Called bwrtyres. The brother was out on a job and said he will get to us soon in Huddersfield. Gave him location where car had flat tyre and he was there in an hour. Once he was there he did a fantastic job and got us out of a hole. We didn’t even have a locking nut key but he did some magic and got in there. Top man and a good fella. This guy his knows his tyres and will use him again and recommend him 100%
Phoned up requesting 2 new valves for my X5 with tyre pressure monitors. Late on a Sunday. Couldn’t be more helpful. All done on my drive getting me out of a real fix as the tyres were flat and this was now blocking in my wife’s car. Great service ,reasonable price all done with a smile. His phone was very busy all the time asking for services by other customers.
Had a puncture on the M62, Recovery service gave me BWR’s number and within the hour I was at their workshop having a new tyre fitted. I needed a new tyre and fast! I contacted BWR and the guy who answered was really nice, friendly, explained clearly what would happen next and follow up texts arrived with information. They quoted a price and told me when they would arrive. They arrived in good time, 90 mins from when I called and completed the work requested. The guy did a great job in the end. Was pretty rapid, price he quoted (which worked for me) he stuck too. Don’t be put off by his abrupt manner on the phone, he is just rushed off his feet, but he is pleasant enough in person and will get you sorted out when you’re stuck. Good job!
Excellent response, first class friendly fitter. The only thing that let them down was that the price quoted over the phone increased by over £30.00 when I got the bill. VAT was the excuse. No mention of this before of course. Left me with a bitter taste. Score would have been better if this didn't happen.
Excellent and prompt service!! We had been struggling to access our spare tyre on our company vehicle after a blow out late on a Friday night, being on the side of the A1(M) we decided to get the professionals out! We found BWR on Google and we were very surprised with the speed that they were able to attend and replace our tyre. Before we knew it we were back on the road. 10/10

Absolute shambles of a company. First of all I called a 0114 number assuming this company I was calling was a sheffield business. Called them at 5:30pm last night for a new back tyre for my van. They informed me they’d be 90minutes there 90minutes is completely different to mine as they arrived well after 9pm. The mechanic then told me he couldn’t change the tyre as the bolts were too tight he eventually did it only to snap his wrench. His next excuse was I can’t change your tyre as I don’t have another wrench. My neighbour kindly lent them his only for them to take off with it even though I’ve asked numerous times to return it. So now I’ll class this as (Stolen) and finally the price agreed was £188 but when the guy had finished they charged me an extra £37.00 taking the tyre charge to £225 disgraceful

Two tyres replaced. One tyre incorrect type. 3 weeks later MOT failed due to one new tyre that was replaced by BWR being wrong. Owner blamed us! Shoddy, expensive and rude. Cost £372 and after lots of haggling finally refunded £60. Had to pay for a new tyre with local garage to pass MOT
